His background includes residential real estate, commercial real estate, property management, and real estate development. Rodney holds a degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s in Administration from West Texas A&M University, combining business discipline with hands-on real estate leadership. One of the defining chapters of his career was his role in the early growth of Real or Real Broker. He began in Texas in a broker leadership role and later served in broker leadership roles tied to expansion in Florida, Colorado, and Georgia. As the original broker and over seven years with the company, he saw firsthand what it takes to support growth from an early-stage operation into the business now publicly traded on Nasdaq under the ticker REAX. That experience shaped the perspective behind this business: real estate companies need more than theory. They need the right structure, practical support, and room to grow.
